The slim 10.2-inch Acer Aspire One Netbook seen two days ago has highlighted again by the German NetbookNews site, this time with the specifications and other images. Unlike previously believed, however, the new, thinner (just under an inch) netbook does not have a solid state drive, but a traditional hard drive with a capacity of 160 GB

The netbook is so far known BA01, if a label ZG8 also been applied to the computer. OpenSuSE Linux kernel visible in the photos is not necessarily representative of the operating system for the production version, since it was installed by Anonymous own Director. If not, the netbook uses a 1.6GHz Intel Atom N270 CPU with 1GB of RAM.

Module is equipped with a Wi-Fi, and Gigabit Ethernet port. Uses a resolution of 1024×600 expected, with a processor Intel 945GME integrated graphic treatment. Bluetooth capabilities are integrated and there is a module 3G and broadband.

A standard three-cell battery is rated to operate the netbook for three hours.

When thinning the Aspire One will be available is unclear, the regular D150 model has only recently begun shipping.
